Louis Tomlinson Releases "Miss You"
Louis Tomlinson releases his new single Miss You, the third track from his debut album set for release in 2018.
Miss You follows Just Like You, a special fan release where Louis demonstrated through the lyrics that despite his celebrity status he too is the same as his fans, going through and feeling the same emotions as them. That followed his first single from the album, Back To You, a collaboration with Bebe Rexha, and his first solo endeavor, Just Hold On where he featured on Steve Aoki's EDM track.
The new single marks a departure from the electro-pop driving force of his previous releases, instead turning towards punk-pop inspired guitar riffs and power chord changes. The track is written by Louis, Julian Bunetta, Andrew Haas, Ian Franzino, Richard Boardman, Pablo Bowman and Asia Whiteacre and produced by Julian Bunetta and AFTERHRS (read more about the co-writers in our article 'Who’s Who on Miss You').
I wrote this song about a time in my life when I was going out partying every night. In hindsight, throughout that time I was pretty numb and just going through the motions. - Louis Tomlinson
Louis' last release, Just Like You quickly skyrocketed to Number 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Charts and across multiple countries.
Miss You is now available across all platforms to download and stream. For all the details, check out our #ProjectMissYou webpage.
